Old Ways Won't Open New Doors
Updated: Oct 3
"Old ways won't open new doors." This statement, at its core, beckons us to embrace change, growth, and transformation. In a world marked by constant flux, uncertainty, and change, it is easy in uncertain times to cling to familiar patterns and habits can limit our potential. Our ego's love certainty and old habits. Ego's are the small, ever changing, mind. "I'm going to control and predict your future" is the motto of the ego. But when you stop - hit the pause button in life - and connect with your observer, your soul, you connect to divine wisdom, your heart wisdom, and this is the domain of peace beyond understanding, and the source for navigating life, creating your life, with purpose, fulfillment, and a journey of mastery.
Your journey begins by going within. The essence of even finding new doors, let alone, opening new doors is knowing where to look. There is no-thing in our outer world to look for or give our power to that causes our self-awareness and self-growth. Rather, the essence of our travels is to go within, to connect to our most sacred self: our soul. I call it our Observer. It is always with us, not attached, constant (the complete opposite of our egoic self!), and is the source of our heart wisdom. Our Observer is our still small voice within. It is our Observer that guides us toward greater self-awareness, higher consciousness, and understanding. It guides us to living a authentic life, with purpose and a vision, a life of fulfillment.
When we stop - hit the pause button in life - and connect with our Observer, we tap into a wellspring of wisdom, our heart wisdom. This inner perspective allows us to see our actions, thoughts, and emotions from a detached vantage point. It enables us to recognize our old ways, patterns, and beliefs that may be holding us back. Through this connection, we begin to unravel the layers of conditioning that have shaped our lives.
As we deepen our relationship with our Observer, we naturally find ourselves drawn toward our soul. The soul is often described as the eternal essence of our being, the core of our consciousness. It represents our deepest wisdom and our connection to something greater than ourselves.
When we connect with our soul, we tap into a wellspring of heart wisdom. This wisdom transcends the limitations of our intellect and ego, offering profound insights into our purpose, calling, and gifts. It is through this connection that we begin to understand our unique path in life and the gifts we are meant to share with the world.
The journey of evolving is, at its very essence, a journey of self-creation, of expressing and living into our greatness. It involves shedding the old layers of conditioning and belief systems that no longer serve us. It requires us to step into the role of conscious creators of our lives, always guided by our Observer, transcending the egoic construct.
Consciously creating ourselves is a powerful process. It allows us to align with our true essence and virtues. It enables us to let go of fear, doubt, and self-limiting beliefs that have held us back in the past. Instead, we start shaping our lives in alignment with our soul's purpose, leading us toward a life of authenticity and fulfillment.
Embracing this process of self-creation and aligning with our soul's guidance, we embark on a journey of mastery. Mastery is not about perfection; it is about continuous growth and improvement. It is the commitment to becoming the best version of ourselves. And a transformational pivot in embarking on a journey of mastery is to take on mastery as a noun, not a verb: be the master. With the Law of Attraction always at your side, you are supported on your journey to live as, and always becoming, a master.
In this journey to mastery, we open new doors not by discarding the old ways entirely, but by evolving and refining them. We take the lessons learned from our past experiences and use them as stepping stones toward a brighter future. With each step, we become more skilled, more compassionate, and more aligned with our purpose.
"Old ways won't open new doors," serves as a invitation to evolve. It encourages us to connect with our inner Observer, our soul, our heart wisdom. Through this connection, we create ourselves in consciousness and embark on a path of mastery, authenticity, purpose, and fulfillment.
As we navigate life, remember that change and growth are not to be feared but embraced - lean into them. By embracing self-awareness, self-discovery, and transformation, we can open new doors to a life filled with purpose, fulfillment, and the radiant light of our true selves.
