Welcome to O. M. Spiritual Center!

 

I'm delighted to share with you the journey that led me here and how this sanctuary of O.M. (the philosophies of ontology and metaphysics) Spiritual Center and my personal growth and transformation came into existence.

My name is Jim Hostler, and my story began in a little town in Iowa. For the first 43 years of my life, I faced numerous challenges that tested my self-esteem and left me struggling in various aspects of life. From battling addictions to navigating difficult relationships and professional hardships, I carried the weight of my past experiences. However, amid these trials, I held a deep love for learning, and it was through the pursuit of knowledge that the tides of transformation began to turn.

The turning point in my life arrived when I was 43 years old when two profound paths opened up to me almost simultaneously - spirituality and ontology. Embracing these realms with open arms and mind, I found solace and my calling. My transformational journey had commenced.

Today, at 65 years young, I am an avid reader, having immersed myself in the wisdom of hundreds of books. The hunger for knowledge and growth never waned; instead, it only intensified with time. Guided by my thirst for understanding and spiritual elevation, I became a non-denominational minister and obtained a master's degree in metaphysics. My pursuit of wisdom did not stop there, as I am currently working diligently towards attaining my doctoral degree.

My desire to help others, like me, embark on their own transformative journeys led me to study with prestigious institutions such as Landmark Education, Newfield Network, The Client School, and Aji, where I honed my skills as an ontological coach. It brings me immense joy to witness the profound changes that learning, coaching, and mentorship can manifest in the lives of those seeking a better, purposeful, and fulfilling life.

A note on the business side of my life. For approximately 30 years, up to 2022, I was a mortgage banker. Once I started incorporating my learning into my profession, in 5 years, I 6X'ed my income. In the last two years, before I transitioned out of the profession, I also held a management position.
