The O. M. Spiritual Center is committed to providing the highest level of service and support to our clients. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully:

1. Individual and Group Coaching:
Once services are paid for individual or group coaching, no refunds will be issued. However, we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee to ensure our clients' happiness with our coaching programs. If you are dissatisfied with the coaching received, you may take up to the equal amount of hours paid for in individual coaching at no additional cost to gain satisfaction from our coaching program.

For group coaching participants, they may retake the group coaching program up to two more times at no cost to gain satisfaction from our services.

2. Higher Ground Sessions:
In the event of dissatisfaction with a Higher Ground session, clients may request one complimentary hour in a new session to address their concerns and find a resolution.

3. Evolving to Mastery School:
No refunds are issued for paid classes in the Evolving to Mastery School. Once the payment is made, it is non-refundable.

 

Conditions for Satisfaction Guarantee:

To qualify for the Satisfaction Guarantee, the O. M. Spiritual Center must receive notification of dissatisfaction within 72 hours of the completion of the service paid for. If you fail to notify us within this time frame, the Satisfaction Guarantee will be null and void, and no additional services will be provided at no cost.

Please note the following important points:

a. All complimentary sessions or retakes are subject to availability and scheduling.

b. The Satisfaction Guarantee is applicable only for coaching programs or services that have been fully paid for.

c. The Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to any other services or products offered by O. M. Spiritual Center.

d. The Satisfaction Guarantee is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.

e. O. M. Spiritual Center reserves the right to modify or terminate the Satisfaction Guarantee or any part of the cancellation and refund policy at its sole discretion.
