Be the Architect of Your Destiny!

In today's fast-paced, and uncertain world, it's all too easy to find ourselves drifting through life without a clear sense of purpose. In fact, we face a humanitarian crisis: people live and die without a purpose. Aimlessly drifting through live, yet at one's soul level, gifts, talents, and treasures stay buried in the busyness of life. "I'll get to it...", you don't take the time to discover your Soul's calling and resign to "life as it is", the "someday" mantra, until someday becomes to late.

Hopes, dreams, desires, goals, and resolutions... at best, only 10% of them get fulfilled. The remaining +90%... are like smoke in the wind. The Western society takes pride (pride always comes from your past - so your past is forever controlling your future!) in being too busy. This type of busyness is like a dog chasing its tail, the only result guaranteed is you will become tired.

There is a different narrative to create for yourself. It is a new story to tell yourself, regardless of past challenges or current circumstances. This goes beyond the current story you're telling yourself about your life. It is about your life with purpose and fulfillment... it is about being the Architect of Your Destiny!

For you to reach into the depths of your Soul and discover, uncover, what calls you, what is your inspiration saying to you - that still small inner voice - that you haven't taken the time to hear?

This is about creating your own inner revolution: creating a Life Vision to Mastery, igniting your passion and purpose. Let's explore how creating and designing a life vision is the key to a life of meaning, fulfillment, and purpose.

Setting goals is a fundamental part of human nature. We strive to lose weight, earn more money, learn a new skill, or travel to exotic destinations. However, despite our best intentions, most of these goals fall by the wayside. If goals really worked for most of us, why do we read the same headlines in the tabloids about fitness every January? Why does this happen?

There are several fundamental reasons goals fail. First, goals are often set in reaction to someone or something else. In reaction to an outside situation, circumstance or person, you set a goal. The goals were made because of societal pressure or external expectations rather than an inner calling. Secondly, many goals are short-term in nature, focusing on immediate gratification. When the novelty wears off, we lose motivation. It is like chasing a new shiny object. There is no depth in that chase.

The connection of our goals to our virtues is a fundamental key to their success. If you set goals in reaction to outside variables, there is no inner cause to their fulfillment. Yet, and again, outside influences are the primary driver to goals setting... seeing a pattern?

Marianne Williamson's quote, "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us." Fear of failure is a large determinant in why goals are mostly met with unfulfillment. Being afraid of our true, authentic self keeps us small and comfortable. But what is the smallness in your life costing you?

Creating, designing, forever editing, owning, and living into your life vision is where, how, why, what, and when, you become the architect to your destiny. You, as a divine creator, as your authentic self, aligned with your virtues, your truth, create your life vision. Your life vision embodies your deepest desires, virtues, and purpose. Your life vision is fundamentally what gives cause to you having and living a fulfilled life.

Let's look at why having a life vision is so powerful to you and your life

Purpose and Meaning: A vision gives your life purpose, direction, focus and velocity. It helps you answer the "why" behind your actions, making them more meaningful.

Long-Term Perspective: Unlike goals, a vision is not time-bound. It provides a lifelong compass, allowing you to see the bigger picture and stay committed even during setbacks.

Alignment with Your Higher Self: A well-defined vision aligns with, is an expression of, your higher self, your soul. Honoring your soul's calling in this lifetime is living a fulfilled life.

Persistence and Resilience: A strong vision provides the persistence and resilience needed to overcome obstacles, setbacks and breakthroughs. Fueled by your inspiration, you have the fuel to keep moving to fulfill your vision.

Fulfillment: Living into your vision allows you to fulfill promises to yourself. And promises are the stuff that moves mountains. It's about honoring your highest calling and becoming the best version of yourself.

Being Authentic to Yourself: Living your life being authentic to yourself, to express your gifts, talents, and treasures that you came into this lifetime to express, to be. The imbalance of this in our modern world is expressed in the epidemic of dis-ease we live with and call normal.

In a world where unfulfilled goals can lead to despair and disappointment, the power of creating a vision for your life cannot be overstated. It's the antidote to a life of quiet resignation. Your vision becomes a source of inspiration, purpose, and motivation, driving you to fulfill promises to yourself and live into your highest calling.
